First of all, the character isn't canon with TSAT. It's another concoction of ~Sakura-Courage-Solo's and my personal roleplay. This is one of the daughters of Jake and Sakura at... errr, three weeks old. It's complicated.
Anyway, while her tastes in music are similar to Jake's (rock and power metal), her mind is a high-absorbent sponge while she's so young. She saw Michael Jackson on video.
Three weeks old? I suspect genetics was involved somehow...
Let's see. What do I like most about this drawing? I'd say it's her eyes. I've always been something of a sucker for a mysterious pair of eyes, and I think you got that very well with the look that she has. I also like the wrinkles and the bends in her clothes; looks much more lifelike.
A problem I see is with her arms and her hands. Specifically, her right arm looks like it's bent awkwardly from the way that it's shaded. It almost appears like her right wrist is being twisted into an awkward position because of it. I'm not sure about the rings on her wrists, though. They're either markings on her fur or leftover sketch lines, I'm not sure which. Either way, they're a bit distracting. Lastly, her feet don't appear to have any toes; looks like she has hooves.
Overall, though, I'm calling this one a B+/A- drawing. I'm still looking at your artwork, and, as a guy who's just getting into learning how to draw, consistently thinking the same thing:

"Man, I hope I get this good."
